It’s not going to be 100% accurate, because it’s hard to account for everybody’s different activity level, physiology or accuracy in input data, but it will be a great starting point. However, over time, you will be able to fine tune and learn more about your body’s needs and become your very own expert.
The calculator is the first step in your journey to learning how much you need to consume. If the calculated result looks off, there is a chance that you have not entered something correctly, so please double check the form and ensure your weight and height are accurate.
